Burger 21 is a contemporary, fast casual dining restaurant with a modern look and feel, coupled with hints of nostalgic diner elements that make the restaurant comfortable and inviting. The shake bar is in the center of the restaurant surrounded by plenty of seating inside and outside. The concept is designed to operate within 2,400 to 3,000 square feet situated in lunch/dinner fast casual restaurant hubs. Burger 21 is targeting locations in major markets throughout most of the U.S. -- specifically end-caps, inline and free-standing buildings with high-traffic, high-visibility in mid- to upper-income areas.
Unique to Burger 21 are its shake and sauce bars – clearly marked as “B-shaken” and “B-saucy” – featuring chef-created recipes that complement any meal. The shake bar has a retro feel with mosaic tile and brightly colored stools. The sauce bar features a large variety of dipping sauces that offer unique flavors to accompany guests’ regular or sweet potato fries.
Burger 21 elevates the level of customer service by tightly managing the entire dining experience:
- Customers don’t feel rushed when placing their orders with our “Takers.”
- Guests are well cared for even after food is delivered with friendly, helpful “Movers” continuing to check on guests, refill drinks and clean tables.
- And, for the ultimate dessert experience, one of the “Shakers” will prepare a hand-dipped shake, float or another delicious ice cream or fresh-baked treat.
In the kitchen, there’s a well defined process that enables customers to receive orders within an average of eight minutes. This is no small task when considering each of Burger 21’s burgers has a very specific recipe with the highest quality fresh ingredients, toasted and caramelized buns and is always made fresh to order.
